Calamity Clegg is not the leader

There is a very amusing report in today's papers that Calamity actualy lost the leadership race for the Lib Dems.

It sems that because of the pre-Christmas postal delays over 1200 votes were late. The vast majority of those votes were for the Huhne monster, and as the vote was so close Clegg would have lost.

I wonder whether the Lib Dems would have had such a disastrous few months if those votes had been counted.
